The pool is open daily from 08 – 19h and is freely accessible to all guests staying at the hotel and apartments "Villa 4m". Non-swimmers and small children must be accompanied by an adult (pool depth 1.40m). For safe and pleasant use, please adhere to the posted rules. Thank you!
The project "Equipping the Boat - Villa 4m" was approved as part of the FLAG "Three Seas" competition for Measure 1.2. "Support for Strengthening the Competitiveness of Fisheries and Aquaculture". The total project value is HRK 99,372.35 without VAT, with an approved grant of 80% amounting to HRK 79,497.88.
Given the area of the FLAG Three Seas in which we operate and belong, as well as the frequent associated weather conditions, investing in navigation safety (using radar and related helm control systems) and energy efficiency (electric propulsion shafts and corresponding solar panels for maintenance) is of utmost importance to reduce overall and specific operational risks and costs.
It is known that the FLAG Three Seas area, especially the Ražanac - Rtina area, is characterized by a long tradition of fishing and activities related to overall fishing heritage, which needs to be more strongly promoted and supported in its future development. We witness that successful fishing activity requires constant improvement, i.e., investing in new fishing skills and knowledge, and vessel equipment. This is especially true if the fishing activity is based on predefined types, quantities, and large specimens of fish to be caught.
Since Villa 4m has been participating in international tourism markets for many years as a partner of the strongest tour operators, tourist portals, and services, and the vessel has licenses and certificates for FISHING TOURISM, it is certain that the new fishing activity of the company will be relatively simple and methodical to present to new customers and clients.
By equipping the vessel and its modernization, it will be possible to create added value for the product, enabling the fulfillment of increasingly complex market demands. Specifically, it will facilitate the implementation of measures to connect the fishing sector with the tourism sector - hospitality, which is also the project's main focus (transfer of an extremely high-quality product from the sea to the table). These activities will also significantly contribute to the more efficient use and preservation of national natural resources.
